MRBC Parish Nursing Faithworks Award

MRBC Parish Nursing won the Anthony Collins Community Excellence Award for Adult Health and Social Care at the 2009 Faithworks Awards.  A team from MRBC collected the award of £5000 at the House of Commons on 8th June.

We are grateful to Faithworks for the endorsement of both the professional and spiritual integrity of the MRBC Parish Nursing Project.   Winning a national award from a respected body like Faithworks gives profile to Parish Nursing in the UK as well as here in Felixstowe.  We praise God for all that He's doing in the Parish Nursing ministry,  and pray that He will countinue to touch people's lives through it.  Many thanks to all those who have committed time and energy to Parish Nursing at MRBC, particularly Jane.  It has been a superb team effort.
