Where & when does the church meet?
Around 35 of us meet every Sunday at 10.30am at Maidstone Road, Felixstowe, Suffolk IP11 9ED. There is car parking at the rear of the church accessed via the drive to the right of the main building - there are usually spaces available in the carpark. Most people park in the carpark and come into the church by the rear entrance, others use the front entrance Entrances and Car Park has pictures of these.
A map of where the church is and our address can be found on Church Location
What should I expect when I visit the church?
There will be a mix of contemporary and traditional songs and hymns, prayer and testimony then we hear what our preacher believes God is saying to us. On the first Sunday each month we celebrate communion together.
The service usually finishes no later than 11:45. Refreshments are served after the service where there is plenty of time to meet new people and ask more questions.
What is there for children at church?
We have a table at one side of the church with activities and colouring sheets for various ages.
We also have an upstairs room with some additional activities and toys for children, which also provides a space where very young children could be settled and looked after by a parent or carer.
Please do ask one of the leaders if you need any help with childcare and we will aim to support you.
Is there a dress code?
No! Please just be yourself and come dressed in your ‘normal’ clothes.
Will I have to join in?
No. You don't need to stand for songs/hymns, join in the singing if and when you want to.
