Hi Everyone. We’re back with our 4th edition of the C-Kers Page. This time we start off with our old friend Scruffy who’s been causing his usual mayhem!
Scruffy learnt a bit about how important is to listen on the golf course. We learnt too how important it is to listen to God.
And God really likes it when we want to talk to Him. What do we say? Well, we can talk to Him just like we talk to everyone else, and like Jan said to Scruffy, When we spend time with God reading the Bible and praying then we need to listen for his answer. God can speak either through my Bible reading for the day, other people speaking to us, through things that might happen to us during the day,or God can quietly speak into our minds. We just need to be ready to listen for His voice.

Some people find it helpful to pray set prayers. The best known set prayer is the Lord’s prayer and it goes like this.
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power,
and the glory are yours
now and for ever.
Amen.
We’ve got some worksheets and craft again this edition. The craft is a Praying Hands stained glass window. You can it using the instruction sheet and two templates. You’ll need to print the sheets out and get the stuff to make it.
We’ve also got some activity sheets for you to print off and fill in.
